From the Office of the District Clerk: 

The Lubbock County District Clerk’s Office will temporarily suspend accepting passport applications effective March 19, 2020, and will resume services on June 1, 2020.

Passport applications will continue to be processed at the United States Postal Service office located at 5014 Gary Avenue, Lubbock, Texas.
