Any patients with symptoms of the coronavirus will be sent to UMC's COVID-19 drive-up screening starting Friday.

This screening location will be located on the far south end of the UMC campus. 

The hospital will also cancel any elective procedures requiring anesthesia. That decision will be revisited in two weeks. 

For now patients are encouraged to use UMC virtual visits.

All visitors will have their temperature taken on arrival and will be referred to the drive-up location as needed.
