UPDATE: Three charged in connection to deadly shooting of juvenile
Three people suspected of being involved in the fatal shooting of a juvenile have been charged with endangering a child.
Danielle Morales-Perez, 24, Justin Garcia, 21, and Eva Garcia, 21, are accused of endangering a baby by taking her to a drug deal, knowing a firearm was present.
All three are held on $50,000 bonds.
Three people have been arrested in connection to the deadly shooting of 16-year-old Jamie "Sylas" Duran.
Arrest warrants were issued Tuesday evening for Danielle Morales-Perez, 24, Justin Garcia, 21, and Eva Garcia, 21.
The arrest warrants were issued for unrelated charges of a felony for endangering a child.
Lubbock police are seeking information on the location of Juan Manuel Pineda, 17. He is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, approximately 125 lbs and 5' 6'' inches tall. He is wanted for his involvement in the shooting of Duran and also has a warrant out for his arrest.
Duran, 16, was found with a gunshot wound near 37th and Ave. V and was pronounced dead at the scene.
