Jury finds Reagor owes $53.7 million to Ford Credit
This is only one part of the Reagor-Dykes Auto Group saga, specifically the civil lawsuit Ford Credit filed. After an hour of deliberations, a jury has ordered Bart Reagor to pay $53,759,450.96 to Ford Motor Credit Company for violating dealership agreements.
Meanwhile, in Vista Bank's lawsuit filed against Bart Reagor, the bank filed documents responding to Reagor's counterclaims. There is a hearing in this case at 9 a.m.
Keep in mind the above lawsuits are civil actions, separate from the Auto Group's proceedings in bankruptcy court and separate from criminal charges that three people have pleaded to.
