Brigido Delacruz, 72, was travelling West on IH-20, when his 1969 Ford pickup went off the roadway and rolled over onto the North service road.

Delacruz was transported to University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

He was not wearing a seat belt.

The crash is under investigation.
