A man accused of car-jacking a victim near 50th Street and University Ave. has been indicted.

Investigators believe Pablo Reyes, 26, is one of two men who jumped into Michael McCoy's pickup and forced him to drive to an ATM. 

When McCoy jumped out to run police report one of the men shot him. He was taken to the hospital with critical injuries. 

Later that day, Lubbock County Sheriff's deputies found the victim's pick-up near 124th Street and University. By late afternoon, Reyes was found near 38th street and Ave. L. He was brought in for questioning, then arrested.

Reyes told investigators when McCoy started running the second suspect shot the him. He told police the second suspect jumped into the drivers seat and they drove off.

Reyes is charged with aggravated robbery and held on a $250,000 bond.
