A Lubbock man has been arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

An in-person preliminary hearing was held for Jason Paul White Wednesday morning in at the Federal courthouse in Lubbock. He has been charged with sexual performance by a child. 

The Lubbock grand jury indicted Micah Toney, 35, of Lubbock, for a sexual assault that happened back in Aug. 2020.

Dominic Joe Rodriguez, 18, will spend five years in prison after pleading guilty to a sexual assault on Texas Tech's campus last December.

Benjamin Ray Mitchell is wanted by the U.S. Marshals for a parole violation and has an outstanding warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
