A Lubbock grand jury has indicted a man involved in a shooting at 50th St. Caboose that left one person injured in November 2020.
Alfredo Paez, Jr. has been indicted on charges of engaging in organized criminal activity.
Investigators say the shootout was between the Bandidos and Kinfolk, two rival motorcycle gangs. Police report after an argument escalated, several people from both gangs pulled guns. Shots were fired inside the bar before all subjects fled the scene.
One person shot in the altercation was taken to Covenant by private vehicle with non-life threatening injuries.
If convicted, Paez Jr. faces a minimum of 25 years in prison.
As of January 5, 2021, he is not in jail.
