The Lubbock health department reported 115 new cases of COVID-19. This brings the total number of active cases to 2,806.
197 more people have recovered from a confirmed case, with 42,548 total recoveries reported.
172 people are being treated in Lubbock hospital, with 50 patients in the ICU.
There are currently 38 staffed hospital beds available with 20 patients waiting for a bed.
The 22-county region's hospitalization rate remains above 15 percent, with economic restrictions still in place.
