· 2 Tbsp Rustico Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
· 16 Oz HEB Natural Lean Ground Turkey
· 3 Tbsp Adam's Reserve Asian House All Purpose Rub
· 12 Oz HEB Broccoli Slaw
· 12 fl oz Better Way Provisions Thai Peanut Dressing
· 8 HEB Lettuce Sccops
· 1 green onions, sliced (optional)
Heat medium skillet over medium heat for 1 minute. Add olive oil and rotate pan to coat. Add turkey and Asian House rub to pan and brown, about 6-7 minutes. Add broccoli slaw to pan and mix well with turkey. Pour Thai Peanut sauce over meat and vegetable mixture, stir to coat. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Fill lettuce scoops with turkey mixture and serve immediately. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
