Good Day Good Dog: Mero!

LUBBOCK, Texas (KJTV) - From ARCC:

Mero is a Staffy Mix. He was found at the Crosbyton Clinic Hospital laying by one of the clinic doors. He was tiny, lethargic, emaciated, missing fur, and covered in ants. He is now a healthy big guy (with short legs) who is easy going, loves people, gets along with other friendly dogs, does great with cats, and would be good with children. He does well in a crate and on a leash (but could use a little extra control, so a harness would be best). He is approximately 1.5 years old, neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations including a Proheart12 vaccination for the prevention of heartworms. Mero is a pretty smart boy. He knows the sit command. With lots of love and care, he is capable of learning other commands.
