Texas Tech soccer beats Iowa State, wins Big 12 regular season championship

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The fifth-ranked Texas Tech soccer program traveled to Ames, Iowa, on Monday and took care of Iowa State, 1-0, to claim its first-ever Big 12 Conference regular season championship.

Ashleigh Williams scored the lone goal of the match for her 14th score of the season. Tech finishes the regular season undefeated with a record 14-0-4 (8-0-2 Big 12)

The Red Raiders will travel to Round Rock on Saturday to compete in the Big 12 Tournament.
