LUBBOCK, Texas (KJTV) -

Ingredients

· 12 oz. Open Nature Italian Chicken Sausage

· 16 ounces brussels sprouts or sliced peppers & onions

· 16 ounces frozen pierogies

· 3 Tablespoons olive oil

· 1 teaspoon salt

· ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

· ½ teaspoon garlic powder

· O Organics Marinara Sauce

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Slice sausages into chunks about 1 inch thick.

3. Toss veggies and pierogis in oil, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Spread over sheet pan and add sausage chunks.

4. Bake for 15 minutes, stir sprouts and sausage and flip pierogi. Bake an additional 15 minutes.

5. Serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping, if desired.

6. Enjoy!
