LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - 21-year-old Isaiah Flores is in custody after Lubbock police were called to an incident originally reported as shots fired near 59th Street and Ave. P.
A caller reported possible gunshots in the area around 2 p.m. Tuesday, but police could not confirm that report.
No injuries were reported and Flores was taken into custody on an unrelated charge of State Jail Felony theft.
