Amber Alert canceled for teen girl in Texas

ROYSE CITY, Texas (KWTX/Gray News) - Police in Texas said on Wednesday afternoon an Amber Alert that was issued for a 16-year-old girl has been canceled.

The Amber Alert was initially issued Tuesday when authorities said the girl left a friend’s house in Royse City, Texas, under false pretenses.

Authorities found the teen at a residence in Euless, Texas, according to Royse City police. She was “safe and in good condition” when she was found.
