LUBBOCK, Texas (KJTV) - From PARC:
Wylie is a sweet fun loving little guy! He came to our refuge as a puppy and was adopted by a family that loved him very much. The family’s life changed and they could not keep Wylie. He is now 5 years old and he no longer has his forever home. He is adjusting nicely but it has been hard on him. He would make a great ready made loving companion.
