March for Babies returns Mother’s Day weekend

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The March for Babies is three weeks away. This year’s goal is $225,000, which will go toward special programs and other efforts to ensure that all moms and babies are healthy.

You can start your own team today or join an existing team on the March of Dimes fundraising page.

The March for Babies is set for May 7, Mother’s Day weekend, at the American Windmill Museum.

Registration is at 9 a.m. The walk begins at 10 a.m.

There will be lots of child-friendly games and activities, including a superhero race.
