Disturbance between neighbors leaves one dead in Central Lubbock shooting

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Lubbock police have identified the man killed in a shooting Monday night near 26th and Knoxville Ave.

Police responded to a shots fired call just after 9 p.m. and found Brandon Lee Griego, 42, dead in the yard of the home. Investigators say a disturbance between two neighbors resulted in the shooting.

The Lubbock Metro Special Crimes Unit is investigating. No word on if any arrests have been made at this time.
