INGREDIENTS
⅓ c. Oats
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
½ c. Milk
2 scoops Vital Protein Collagen, Unflavored
¼ c. Apples, diced
Dash of Cinnamon
¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake
2. Let it sit in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight
