Corner Kitchen: Jalapeno Cilantro Dip
LUBBOCK, Texas (KJTV) -
1 cup Avocado Oil Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
4 oz green chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lime juice
1 bundle fresh cilantro or one container partially dried cilantro
2-4 pickled jalapeños to taste
1. Place all ingredients into food processor; blend together until we’ll combined.
2. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let flavors combine well!
Serving suggestions: Use on salad as a dressing, use to dip chips and veggies or tops with shredded cabbage and carrots to make a unique coleslaw.
