LUBBOCK, Texas -

Sharp Academy welcomed its families to the school year Thursday with an open house.

The school showcased it, specifically for families. Sharp Academy specializes in students with learning disabilities, like dyslexia and ADHD. It also works with students in the gifted and talented program, as well as twice exceptional students.

Principal Manda Moralez said the institution prides its methodology and curriculum.

We have individualized instruction for each one of our students. We design our curriculum based on their appropriate accommodations, according to their diagnosis or either dyslexia or ADHD. All of our teachers are trained to fit each students needs," she said.

Sharp Academy has open enrollment all year long. For more information visit: http://www.sharpacademy.net/
