Lubbock grand jurors indict man for aggravated kidnapping

LUBBOCK, Texas -

Lubbock grand jurors indicted a man accused of kidnapping a friend in her car at a grocery store.

Rico Moses, 21, will have to cut a deal or face trial for aggravated kidnapping. Police report back in January Moses held a gun to a woman's head and made her drive away from the Market Street at 19th Street and Quaker Ave.

The victim told police he was demanding money from her or he'd go to jail. The victim's mother tracked her cellphone and led police to pull the car over and rescue her.

Moses is out of jail on bond.
