LUBBOCK, Texas -

(Press Release)

The state of Texas is uniquely blessed with family-owned farms, thriving with production of cotton and other crops. One of those crops is - as you know well - grapes. As the organization that represents wine growers in our region, the High Plains Wine Growers are dedicated to spreading the message that our youth can return to family farms and make a living growing grapes and producing wine, in addition to traditional crops. To bring greater awareness to this message, we are proud to announce the inaugural Texas High Plains Legacy Auction.

Presented by The High Plains Wine and Food Foundation, the Texas High Plains Legacy Auction will attract wine lovers/collectors from this region and beyond. Spend an elegant evening procuring large format wines from the Producers & Wineries of the most awarded AVA in the state. All with the mission of raising funds, awareness and establishing vocational viticulture curriculum for our thriving wine industry and its limitless future.

The Inaugural High Plains Legacy Auction will take place at Eberley Brooke’s - Salle de David on April 25th, 2019 at 7pm. This event is limited to 200 tickets. Tickets are available for purchase at, www.hpwff.org.
