Strawberries & Cream Quesadillas


· 1 lb. strawberries, rinsed and sliced

· 1 container whipped cream cheese

· 1 package Multigrain Flat-Outs (found in the deli section)

· Olive oil or butter

· Optional: Honey, chopped pecans


1. In a medium skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil over medium heat.

2. Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese over 1 side of a Flat-Out. Place sliced strawberries to cover have of Flat-Out and fold in half.

3. Place Flat-Out in heated pan, cook until 2-3 minutes or until golden brown; flip and cook again until golden brown.

4. Remove to plate and let cool for a few minutes. Cut quesadilla in half and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of honey and a sprinkle of pecans (about 1 tablespoon).

5. Repeat to make desired amount of quesadillas.
