Lubbock Police say U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Hernandez at Copper Caboose in the 5600 block of Villa Drive thanks to a tip from a community member.


The local United State Marshals Fugitive Task Force is searching for Brian Hernandez, 22. Police report he has been on the run since Oct. 2018 for a supervised release violation from previous drug charges.

Officials believe he may be in the Lubbock area and are asking for the public’s help in locating him. Anyone with information on his whereabouts are asked to call Federal Marshals at 806-473-9353.

Police describe Hernandez as a Hispanic man with black hair and brown eyes; stands at 5 feet, 10 inches; weighs around 175 pounds; and has visible tattoos on his right forearm.
