FOX34 Corner Kitchen: sweet & spicy butternut squash

Sweet & Spicy Butternut Squash

Ingredients

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 1 container cubed butternut squash (from produce)

* ½ teaspoon cinnamon

* ½-1 teaspoon chili powder (depending on level of spice desired)

* 1 tablespoon sugar or maple syrup

* ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Place olive oil in a large skillet; heat over medium heat. Carefully add squash to pan; stir to coat with oil.

2. Add remaining ingredients to squash; stir to combine. Cover and cook until tender, about 20-25 minutes. 

3. Serve with any Ready Chef Go chicken or pork meals found in many Market Street meat markets.
