Look Around Lubbock: Texas Tech Spirit Program

The Texas Tech Spirit Squads lead the fans during football, basketball and volleyball games. They are ambassadors of athletic events and school functions and are part of the Center for Campus Life office, a division of Undergraduate Education & Student Affairs. The program consists of the Co-Ed & All-Girl Cheer Squads, Pom Squad, Raider Red, Masked Rider Program & Spirit Alumni Program. 

On Friday, September 14 at 7:30 p.m., the Texas Tech Spirit Program is celebrating the 2017-2018 Texas Tech Pom Squad's double National Championships and will present the winning squad members their championship rings.The TTU Pom Squad is hosting a college prep dance clinic on Sunday, September 16 from 9 a.m. to noon for high school to college age dancers. There is also another fall clinic on November 4.

Four cheerleaders from the TTU Cheer Squads have been selected for the USA National Cheer team and have a competition in Poland in October. The Texas Tech Cheer Program host Cheer Clinics throughout the year. The fall clinic is October 13 and the winter clinic is December 1.
