Vanilla Cinnamon Fruit and Yogurt Bowl w/Toasted Oats

Ingredients

* 2 tablespoons steel cut oats

* 6 oz. Vanilla & Cinnamon Greek yogurt

* 1 cup chopped fruit, such as apricots, peaches, etc

* 1 tablespoon Marcona almonds

Instructions

1. Place a medium skillet over low-medium heat; add oats and toast until light golden brown. Remove from heat.

2. Place yogurt in bowl, top with remaining ingredients.

3. Serve immediately.

Roasted Tomato and Bacon Yogurt Bowl w/ Toasted Oats

Ingredients

* 2 tablespoons steel cut oats, toasted

* 6 oz plain low-fat Greek yogurt

* 1 slice bacon, cooked and chopped

* 2 tablespoons chopped roasted tomatoes (found in Olive Bar)

* 2 cloves roasted garlic, chopped (found in Olive Bar)

* 2 tablespoons olive and feta mix (found in Olive Bar)

* 1 teaspoon pesto

* 1 tablespoon Marcona almonds

Instructions

1. In a medium skillet, heated over medium heat, place oats. Heat over low-medium heat until light golden brown. Remove from heat.

2. Place yogurt in bowl; top with remaining ingredients.

3. Serve immediately as is. Other serving options: serve over grilled chicken; serve on toasted bread and top with chopped avocado.
