Don’t miss Moonlight Broadway’s on stage production of America’s most beloved rock n’ roll love story, GREASE!  Highly choreographed with a driving beat – Grease will transport you to the golden age of rock ‘n roll with memorable songs like “Hopelessly Devoted to You”, “You’re the One That I Want”, “Sandy”, and more.  Chase Gibson stars as heartthrob Danny Zuko, with Katrina Wilson playing the lovely Sandy.  Sponsored by Lubbock National Bank and held in the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center Theatre this April, get ready to kick back for some swingin’ fun with this thrilling musical of Greasers, fast cars, true love, and a little dab of Brylcreem. 

Performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. April 13, 14, 20, and 21; and 2 p.m. April 15 and 22 in the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center Theatre. First weekend held in conjunction with the Lubbock Arts Alliance’s annual Arts Festival.   

Featuring an all Lubbock cast, Grease showcases Kenickie played by Keegan Peck, Frenchy played by Breana Young, Teen Angle played by Travis Burge, Betty Rizzo Played by Tawny Westbrook and many more Lubbock talents. 

An international hit on both stage and screen, GREASE opened on Broadway in 1972, and 1978 brought along the well known movie adaption starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John.  Set at Rydell High in 1959, this show features rock-n-roll style music, bobby socks, and more. Grease will touch your heart, rev your imagination and transport you to the greatest years of American rock n’ roll.
