House representative hosting "Donuts with Dustin"

WOLFFORTH, Texas -

House Representative Dustin Burrows will host "Donuts with Dustin" tomorrow, Thursday, March 8 at Jack & Jill Donuts in Wolfforth from 7:30am-8:30am.

Rep. Burrows will discuss the results of the recent primary elections across Texas and meet with constituents.

Wolfforth's Jack & Jill Donuts is located at 502 Dowden Rd, Wolfforth, TX 79382.

"Donuts with Dustin" is an ongoing series of informal coffees across House District 83 during which constituents can discuss legislative and state issues with their State Representative.

House District 83 encompasses a large portion of Lubbock County, and all of Gaines, Terry, Lynn, Borden, Scurry and Mitchell Counties. Rep. Burrows currently serves on the House Agriculture and Livestock Committee, and the Investments and Financial Services Committee.

    Fatal crash in New Mexico leaves one dead

    At about 5:20 a.m. the New Mexico State Police investigated a fatal crash on US Highway 70 around mile post 352 north of Roswell. The initial investigation indicated a 2004 Toyota 4-Runner was traveling west on US 70. For unknown reasons the Toyota left the roadway into the center median, over corrected and rolled.
