The number of Weight Watchers memberships is skyrocketing. The diet company says it's seen a 23% increase in people joining the program, almost 600,000 more than one year ago. The program assigns point values to various foods. Users then add up their points throughout the day.

The company announced last month it will provide free diet help to every teenager in the country. Starting in July, teens between 13 and 17 will have access to a 6-week program at no cost as ling as they are accompanied by an adult.

Weight Watchers also plans to provide more natural products to subscribers within the next year.  The company's stock is also up 60%. Oprah Winfrey's shares are now worth over $440M. She famously lost weight using the program.
