LAS VEGAS, March 5, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Bravo Pawn Systems, a leader in innovative point-of-sale software for pawnshops backed by world-class customer support, announced that it achieved a record-high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 74.2. This score is just the latest in an upward trend for the pawn software company and its dedication to customer support and onboarding.

The NPS score of 74.2 puts Bravo well above the software and app industry's average NPS of 28 as reported by NPS, and ahead of other B2B SaaS companies like SalesForce, Adobe, and Novell, who range in the 50s and 60s for NPS.
