Texas Tech police arrest non-student for indecent exposure

Texas Tech police arrest a non-student for indecent exposure on campus.

Officers picked up Johnathon Lopez, 22, near 16th and Flint during a traffic stop.

He's charged with driving a stolen vehicle, indecent exposure and pot possession.

The vehicle was returned to the owner. Lopez is held at the county detention center on a $20,000 bond.
