New local pizzeria donates grand opening sales to local schools

Posted: Updated:

A new pizzeria is giving a slice of its proceeds to local schools.

In honor of the grand opening, Hungry Howie's will donate 15 percent of its Feb. 21 sales to Upland Heights Elementary and 15 percent of its Feb. 22 sales to All Saints Episcopal School.

"I love to be involved in the community," franchise owner Ryan Bray said. "I definitely love to help out kids. They're definitely our future in this crazy world that we live in and we want to take care of them and so we're just helping them out."

Hungry Howie's has six additional locations in the state.
