The Wheatless Kitchen is a gluten-free food blog written by Candace. Candace, who lives in Lubbock, was diagnosed with a series gluten allergy and started her blog in 2013 to document her gluten-free lifestyle journey. Her goal is to show people that "living a gluten-free, whole food centered lifestyle can be simple, nourishing and fulfilling."
