The Lubbock Grand Jury indicts a man on two counts related to the death of a bicyclist on the South Loop near University.

Casey Baker, 38, true billed on a charge of intoxicated manslaughter and failure to stop and render aid resulting in death.

Investigators say he struck and killed 20 year old Joshua Noble back in August.

Police report an officer patrolling near the South Loop and University heard what sounded like a car crash then saw a pick-up with damage drive off. They arrested Baker near 66th and Avenue P.

Noble was lying in the street, severely injured. He died later at the hospital.
