Beef-Mushroom Sloppy Joe


  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 8 oz. mushrooms, finely chopped
  • ¾ cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Fresh Cut diced bell peppers
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce (Bone Daddy’s is a lower sugar option)
  • 4 Multigrain Sandwich Thins


1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; add remaining vegetables. Stir occasionally until all vegetables are cooked, about 10 minutes.

2. Add sauce and stir until heated.

3. Divide among sandwich thins and serve.
