We're in the 20s and 30s this morning with partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies. Showers are situated from Hobbs towards Gail, pointing to the south into the Permian Basin. Southern Texas is getting drenched with rainfall, some of the precipitation is switching to a mix &/or snow just to the west of Midland.
TODAY: We'll see mostly cloudy skies early, making way for partly cloudy skies later on and a high of just 40. Winds will be from 10-18 out of the NE then NW.
TONIGHT: Mostly clear with a low near 25, winds out of the WNW from 5-12.
TOMORROW: A little warmer but still on the cool side, high 55 with breezy NNW winds from 12-22. We'll be mostly sunny.
WEEKEND: Sunshine and mild highs will be the trend this weekend, with lows around the freezing mark.
EXTENDED: Early next week we'll be dry in the low to mid 60s for highs with lows near freezing.
