Cheese lovers rejoice! A new study reveals eating cheese every day may help improve heart health.

Researchers in China say that just more than one ounce of cheese every day could reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. While too much cheese can increase cholesterol levels, small amounts of the dairy product can have the opposite effect. 

Cheese contains nutrients that are beneficial to overall health as well, including calcium, zinc, and vitamins A and b-12.

This will be welcome news to cheese lovers across the country, and there are plenty of them. In 20-15, on average, each American consumed the equivalent of 37 pounds of cheese.
