LUBBOCK, Texas -

In honor of Sheriff Deputy Jason Fann and Officer Floyd East Jr, Boots and Badges of the South Plains and Double B Party Barns hosted "Holidays for Heroes" gift card drive.

Fann was killed in an accident while on duty for Yoakum County Sheriffs while responding to a scene call. East was a Texas Tech Police officer that was killed in the line of duty.

The money raised from this event will be divided among the two families. They had live music, food, silent auctions, and first responder vehicles. Boots and Badges hosts fundraisers all year to raise money for first responders and families affected by catastrophic situations.
