Local movement helps businesses provide 25,000 meals to food bank

Posted: Updated:

Local South Plains businesses are partnering with the Towny Rewards app to help raise funds to provide 25,000 meals for the South Plains Food Bank's Meals for Hope this holiday season.

"Towny is a local movement we're doing to encourage all of our local businesses to band together and support each other," Zackery Wright said. "We found that we are a lot stronger when we work together, so we have a little over 130 businesses that have banded together to reward the community for shopping local."

The Towny App is making it easy for you to give back to the community.
