The Lubbock grand jury indicts Prince "Scrappy" Tariq Richards with murder.

Investigators say Richards shot Peter Caballero near 99th and Avenue V after robbing a friend of his during a Facebook Marketplace exchange.

After the stick-up, the murder warrant indicates Richards drove around the corner, Caballero gave chase, and police report Richards shot him before driving off.

He was later arrested on Nov. 26 near 46th and Elgin, which also brought to light charges of an accused robbery of his aunt in September.

During this incident, court documents indicate Richards tried to pick her pocket while in the woman's home, struggled with her, then threw her on the ground and ran.

He was also indicted for the aggravated robbery charge.
