Too much sugar can really bring out the blues in men. Researchers found men who eat more than 67 grams of sugar a day are 23 percent more likely to be diagnosed with depression or anxiety. That's the equivalent of just a 20-oz soda. Experts say processed sugar is the problem - not naturally occurirng sugars like what you taste in fruit. The study did not find a link between depression and sugar in women.
