LUBBOCK -

A teenage murder suspect's father charged with hindering his apprehension has been indicted by a Lubbock grand jury.

Adrian Constancio, 39, is charged with hindering apprehension/prosecution of a felon.

Police say Constancio was dishonest and uncooperative in the days following the shooting death of a 18-year-old Ezekial Gonzales at a July 4th party.

His son, Christopher Hernandez, 16, was arrested July 8 on murder charges.

Constancio, who also has a parole violation, is being held in the Lubbock County jail on $30,000 bond.
