Peach Salsa

Ingredients

· 1 container Hatch Green Chile Pico de Gallo (from produce)

· 2 peaches, diced

· 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

· Tortilla chips

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, mix together pico de gallo, peaches and black beans. Let sit in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

2. Serve with tortilla chips.

Peanut Butter Banana Wraps

Ingredients

· 2 Amigos Wheat Tortilla

· 2-3 tablespoons natural peanut butter

· 1-2 bananas, sliced

Instruction

1. Spread 1-2 tablespoons on a tortilla; top with banana slices.

2. Roll tortilla to make a wrap. Optional: slice into ½ slices to better fit in lunchbox.
