Easy “Peach Pie”
· Peach pie peaches
· Vanilla Ice Cream
· Ready to Cook Pie Crust
1. Unroll pie crust. Using a cookie cutter, cut crust into desired shapes. Place on a cookie sheet and cook according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
2. Using an apple coring/slicer, slice a peach; remove and discard pit.
3. In the center of the peach, place one scoop of ice cream. (Optional: Place sliced peach in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 min.)
4. Add a piece of cooked pie crust and serve. Repeat with remaining peaches.
