Mother's Day Breakfast
Lemon Blackberry Parfaits
* 2 cups granola
* 2 cups Greek vanilla yogurt
* 1 cup lemon curd
* 2 cups blackberries
1. Per glass: layer ¼ cup granola, ¼ cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons lemon curd and ¼ cup berries. Repeat the layers.
2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
White Chocolate Apricot Bread with Yogurt and Fresh Fruit
* 1 loaf White Chocolate Apricot Bread (fresh from bakery), sliced
* 1 container Noosa yogurt (suggested flavors: pineapple, lemon or honey)
* Fresh Cut fruit
1. Top each slice of bread (optional: toast bread) with 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Repeat as needed.
2. Serve with fresh fruit and remaining yogurt.
