Diabetic-friendly Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

½ cup low fat milk

2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder

2 Tbsp Splenda

1 large banana

1 large avocado, diced

8 oz container of raspberries for garnish

Mint for garnish

Instructions:

1. In food processor, blend avocado, banana, cocoa powder, and Splenda.

2. Pulse until smooth and thick.

3. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

4. Top with raspberry and mint.

Morning will include medical speaker, panel discussion, exercise presentation, and cooking demonstration. 

Participants can ask questions and interact with the presenters.

Free to the general public.  However, people need to make reservations for food preparation. Snacks provided.
