Diabetic-friendly Chocolate Mousse
½ cup low fat milk
2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp Splenda
1 large banana
1 large avocado, diced
8 oz container of raspberries for garnish
Mint for garnish
1. In food processor, blend avocado, banana, cocoa powder, and Splenda.
2. Pulse until smooth and thick.
3. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
4. Top with raspberry and mint.
