Hummus Queso Dip
* 1/2 cup hummus
* 1/2 cup low-fat milk
* 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
* ½ cup salsa
* For serving: cilantro, chopped tomatoes, chips/vegetables
* Whisk together the hummus and milk in a small pot. Bring to a boil over high heat.
* Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese a little at a time until fully melted and incorporated.
* Stir in the salsa; top with cilantro and tomatoes and serve immediately.
