Greek Yogurt Apple Salad
* 4 oz. low-fat cream cheese, softened
* 1 c. Greek yogurt, vanilla
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* dash salt
* ¼ c. sugar
* 3-4 Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
* 2 T. brown sugar
* 2 T. pecans chopped
1. Mix cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
2. Add vanilla, sugar and salt. Mix until combined.
3. Toss diced apples with cream mixture.
4. Place in serving bowl.
5. Just before serving sprinkle the top with brown sugar and pecans.
